Return Policy

Please Note: We do not accept international returns. All international sales are final.

 

All returns should meet the following criteria:

 

  • All returns must be accompanied with a receipt and be made with 30 days of purchase.
  • Extreme Rush Apparel will not accept returns if: The item has obviously been worn, smells of cologne, perfume, smoke or any other odor, if there are stains, tears, holes, marks or other blemishes.
  • No shipping costs will be refunded for returns. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs back to the warehouse/address listed in the return instructions.
  • Extreme Rush Apparel is not responsible for any taxes, duties or importing fees on any international orders.
  • Email to customerservice@extremerush.com briefly describe issue and list items you are returning.
  • Please pack all items being returned securely in the original packaging if possible.
  • Attach the Return label to the outside of the package that you are returning. For your protection it is recommended that you use UPS or a Insured Parcel Postal to return your shipment. We also recommend that you obtain a tracking number.
